Rasam podi: How to make

Ingredients:
1 cup thoor dal
1 cup channa (besan) dal
11/2 pepper
11/2 jeera
1 cup coriander seeds
1 cup red chilli
4 tea spoon fenugreek
4 tea spoon asfoedita powder
2 tea spoon curry powder

Step 1: Fry each of the above separately without adding water.
Step 2: Allow to cool.
Step 3: Grind dry to a coarse to fine powder.
Step 4: Store in air tight bottle.
